This small box uses digital samples to give a very good tanpura sound. You select your main Sa and them the other strings are automatically tuned. Tuning choices are Pa Sa Sa Sa, Ma Sa Sa Sa, Manually tuned Ni Sa Sa Sa and just Sa Sa Sa. The box measures 5 1/2 by 4 1/2 by 3 3/4. It weighs 4 pounds. There are 2 power plugs, 110AC and 220 AC. There is a speaker line out and a battery pack. The newest version includes a setup to recharge batteries. |
